This RFI is intended to assess available technology types and accessible technical solutions and does not constitute a procedure for selection of a specific technology provider. ORLEN acknowledges that the Bidder offering the highest-ranked technology type may not necessarily submit the most advantageous overall proposal in the subsequent RFP. Any supplier selection, if pursued, will therefore be conducted exclusively under the subsequent procurement procedure and in accordance with terms of reference.
